Acid Number of Electrodeposition Paint

The acid number of electrodeposition paint is measured by titration with 0.1 mol/L Sodium hydroxide after pure water and tetrahydrofuran (HTF) is added to the test sample. The endpoint is maximum inflexion point on titration curve.
The acid number is calculated from titration volume of sodium hydroxide.
